Thick as muck

How this firm have survived is beyond me. Our rogue builder certainly found his level when he hired this company to fit our windows. Every window was scratched on the frame or marked with substances that 15 years of cleaning have egg failed to remove. The ten year warranty did not apply as it was reduced to five years because it was the builder who ordered them not us. And that warranty belonged to the builder not us so basically there was no warranty at all. The intelligence of the founder of the company can be estimated by the way he advertises that he is able to provide Orangery’s! I think in his case intelligence is vested in how many excuses he is able to come up with as to why the products supplied are damaged, faulty and not covered by warranty, even though he stated to a Court that there was a warranty in place! Deal with this ill educated man at your peril. He will get the better of you not by being in the right or through superior knowledge, just by ignoring you.
